Terms of service

• The order can be placed either via the offer form or by e-mail.
• Our offer includes product information, quantity, price, printing and estimated delivery time.
• The delivery time varies from product to product and is always confirmed on a case-by-case basis.
• The offer is considered an order when the customer has accepted our offer and the final print. A written order confirmation will be sent for the order.
• The customer must check the order immediately after delivery and if there are defects in the delivery or an error in the products, Sunglobe Oy has the right to either correct the error, offer a new delivery or give a discount on the final price.
• Sunglobe Oy is free from liability if, for reasons beyond its control, it cannot fulfill its delivery obligation. This applies to all force majeure situations and situations where the factory or supplier does not fulfill its own delivery obligation.
• Sunglobe Oy's own transport contracts are used for the delivery of the products, unless the matter is separately agreed with the customer.
• The prices on our website do not include markup, unless it is specifically mentioned. Accordingly, the product-specific value added tax and delivery costs are added to the prices.
• From time to time, old information regarding prices, delivery times or availability may have remained on the pages, and we reserve the right to correct errors or update the information without separate notice.
• The general payment term is 14 net days from the date of the invoice, and this is implemented when the customer's credit information is in order. It is possible to agree on the payment separately, and due to the uncertainty of the credit information, we can demand an advance payment.
