SunGlobe Terms & Conditions

  • An order can be placed through the offer request form or email.
  • Our offer includes product details, quantity, price, printing, and the estimated delivery time.
  • Delivery time varies between different products and it will be confirmed separately for each order.
  • The offer is considered a binding order when the customer has approved our offer and the final print proof. An order confirmation will be sent afterwards.
  • The customer must check the order without delay after receiving the products. If there is lack, mistakes, or other damages, Sunglobe Oy has the right to either correct the error, offer a new delivery, or give a discount on the final price.
  • Sunglobe Oy will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delays that are caused by events outside our reasonable control: Force Majeure Events or factories'/suppliers' failure to perform their side of the contract.
  • The delivery will be arranged through Sunglobe Oy's own contracts, if not separately agreed with the customer.
  • The prices on our website do not include printing, if not separately mentioned. Additionally, appropriate value added tax and delivery costs will be added to the final price.
  • Occasionally, there might be irrelevant or old information on our website, and we hold the right to correct the errors or update the information without a separate announcement.
  • The general term of payment is 14 days net starting from the date of the invoice, and this policy requires the credit report of the customer to be in order. There is a possibility to make a separate agreement on the payment policy, and if there is uncertainty about the credit report, we will require advance payment.

Delivery methods:

  • Cash on Delivery: The products ordered at Checkout will be sent to the address you wish to pay for the products and the shipping costs in the nearest mail.
  • Matkahuoltoenakkako Fee: Delivered to the destination of the destination you wish to travel. When picking up the products, you pay them and Matkahuolto's freight costs.
  • Package delivery: We deliver to companies either via Schenker Express or as a mail-to-door package. Larger delivery items are delivered on the Kiitolinja line.
  • Terms of Payment: For Businesses with Business ID and Credit Information OK, delivery by invoice. Delivery to private persons by means of a trip or cash advance. Reduction fee € 10 to orders under € 200.
